We would like to swap our Townhome in a Beach & Marina Resort in Florida on Tampa Bay for your NYC place. Going home to Maine for Christmas and would like to stay in NYC on our way back down to Florida January 4, 2015 for one or two weeks. Dates are flexible.

Our townhome sleeps 4 and has 2 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms.
Living room and back King bedroom have balconies with views of canal, tampa bay and St. Petersburg. 
Queen bedroom has balcony with front views of property. Fully furnished with flat screen tv's in all bedrooms and livingroom. dvd player. Fully applianced kitchen, washer, dryer, linens, towels, all cooking and eating utensils.
Included is local phone service, high speed internet access, cable tv. Electricity.

.Main living area is up one flight of stairs to second floor. This townhome is NOT wheelchair accessible.

Just sit back and enjoy the best the gulf coast of florida has to offer. Relax on your balconies and read a book as the dolphins swim by, sit in the restaurant or tiki bar and enjoy the live entertainment and the gorgeous sunset and the city skyline views of St. Petersburg and Tampa, or after dark walk the tiki torch lit walkway on beach or sit in the firepit seating area. 

20-25 mins to Tampa, Ellenton, 25-30 mins to St. Petersburg, Bradenton. 15-20 mins to Brandon, 10-15 mins to Riverview, Gibsonton and 5 mins to Sun City. 1hour & 15 mins to Walt Disney World & Sea World & Universal Studios, 20 mins to Busch Gardens. 20 mins to outlet shopping, restaurants and shopping 5-10 mins. Golfing with 3 courses within 5-15 mins
