Center Of Sf

I am looking to do a full swap or sublet from June 3rd-Sept 12! I will be in NY for work in Chelsea/Midtown area. So ideally would like to be in very very close proximity to that, however would be ok with West Village, SOHO, Tribeca, or Flatiron.(if you think it would be easily manageable, suggestions are always welcome)I don't have any roommates and I am not looking to acquire any for the summer, though I'm sure they're awesome :) I would only be in your NYC apartment a few times per week,(split time between there and upstate) and probably not at all in Sept. My SF home is available that entire time. It is a full/true One Bed One Full Bath. Loc: One block south from Alamo Square ('The Painted Ladies'/The full house houses) Close Close Walking distance to Hayes Valley (5mins), Castro (7mins), Lower Haight (4mins), Divisadero (3 mins), The Independent to catch some great live music, and a Google Bus Stop (1min)! Anywhere else in the city is an easy 10mins including Downtown and Financial District! Train is about a 4 mins walk. Pretty much any bus line in the city is easily accessible within two blocks if that. (also, for bikers, it's only two blocks off of "the wiggle") Laundry is in building on the same floor so no lugging anything anywhere!Unfurnished. Full kitchen with bar counter shower over full tub. All utilities are included! Willing to do a straight swap if NY apartment is comparable, I will be having someone check it out prior and would have no problem with you doing the same for mine! No smoking, no animals, no kids, preferable a very, clean, trustworthy single professional who isn't persistently loud or disruptive, could possibly work for a cozy couple :) San Francisco is a great city heres your chance to be in the middle of it all!!!
