Gran Canaria Beach+pool Apt. For Ny .

MY BEACH+POOL PENTHOUSE at GRAN CANARIA ISLAND for your NEW YORK, august 1 month.I’m a teacher, non-smoker, responsable easy-going person, looking for  someone (single or couple) in NY to do an apartment swap for the whole month of august (1st to 30th), no flexibility in dates. I am familiar with NY because have been there several times and any place in Manhattan, Brooklyn or Queens is OK.for me if located near a subway station to be able to go to Manhattan every day without too much trouble. I don’t need luxury. Description: My beach and pool- penthouse “in paradise”, Gran Canaria (Canary Islands, Spain), in a very beautiful non-touristic native- canarian area, called “LA GARITA” at the beach, belonging to the town TELDE, it’s situated between Las Palmas and Playa del Inglés/Maspalomas, nearer to Las Palmas main town. It’s situated just close to the beach (half a minute or less), with a big swimming pool and green garden, in an old building on the 3rd/ top-floor (nobody above) with a nice balcony (you can take the sun or dinner there, there are table and chairs), living-room fully furnished, one bedroom with double bed, kitchen (fully equipped) and bathroom. Also washing machine in the apt., TV and Wifi. It's a small penthouse but nice cute, clean and comfortable.  All items like bedsheets, towels, beach-chairs, etc.are for usage.  Save and quiet area. Large, beautiful beachwalk for over kilometers passing other beaches and villages. Very beautiful village with only flat houses, nothing high and all comfort around. It’s a perfect place to relax, calm and quiet. Excellent area for tourists who DON’T like the tourist trouble with all that artificial hotels around, and who want to learn or improve a little SPANISH knowledge.The area is called: La Garita, belonging to Telde, Las Palmas, Island: Gran Canaria (airport code: LPA for Las Palmas de Gran Canaria). It’s located closed to Africa, belonging to Spain, well- European developed, language: Spanish. Spanish language school near which offer cheap courses, in Las Palmas, around 20 min Life is cheaper here as in the rest of Europe.
