It's a very nice, social neighbourhood; lots of artists and other pleasant people, only 4 minute walk from the central trainstation and 4 minutes from the historical town centre. Only 300 metres from my house, are a concerthall (pop/rock), theatre, cinema (arthouse and popular), pubs and restaurants. In the centre lots and lots of pubs. 's-Hertogenbosch is famous for it's mediaeval towncentre and unique structure of underground canals, you can tour (guided) by boat. In the vacinity you can sail, visit museums, the countryside, swim and visit the many historical sites the city has to offer.

It's a friendly and cosy house. It borders on a quiet square. You'd never know its in the middle of the city. Within 4 minutes you're in the heart of 's-Hertogenbosch. I quit smoking myself, but I don't mind you smoking here at all.
Pets are allowed.
