machine and a full equipped kitchen. The building shares an interior
patio with the neighbour building in front.

This is a very popular area in the southeast Berlin (Neukölln) that has
lived a 'boosting' in the last years, becoming a destination for many
nationalities and specially young people, and at the same time very safe
and close to green areas, perfect for cycling on bike lanes all around,
and just a short walk away to the beautiful canal of the river Spree. A
dream to visit, specially in the early summer that is already almost
coming. My street has a lot of restaurants and bars, and an exciting
night life, one of the most populars in the city actually to go out.
It's at the same time peaceful and lively in a perfect combination.
There are two metro stations quite close to here and many bus stops. But
in for that time I would recommend anybody to go biking everywhere!
