Las Vegas Home For Tropical Destination

My husband and I are young retirees looking to swap our non-smoking, 2000sf, 3bed/3 bath single story home near Las Vegas (sleeps 6) for a clean 2 bedroom home near the ocean (Hawaii, San Diego, Mexico, Caribbean, Costa Rica, Brazil, Italy, Spain, Greece, etc.). We can trade from 2 weeks to 6 months. Looking for a new adventure! If applicable, we can trade cars too. Pets? We have a cat and dog. We can take care of yours while you care for ours...or we can have family watch ours.Fully furnished home with fresh linens, laundry, stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, cable, a/c, and piano.  You clean ours before you leave and we'll clean yours.

Our new home is nestled next to the mountains in a safe and quiet area, yet it is only 20 minutes to the bright lights of the Las Vegas Strip or Lake Mead/Hoover Dam, 30 minutes from Red Rock Canyon, or 2 hours from either Zion National Park, Death Valley, Sedona, Arizona, or the East Rim of the Grand Canyon (walk over the canyon in a plastic sky walk).
